The Mad Scientist only spawns in Villages. He is the only one that can Transform the player into an Android. When the player talks to him, he requests a full set of Android Parts, in order to transform the player into an Android.

Only an Android Player can Trade with the Mad Scientist. He offers all kinds of items, ranging from Earl Gray Tea to Heisenberg Compensator.
