The solar panel generator, is one of the Power Generators in Matter Overdrive. It generates a maximum of 16 RF/t. Depending on the position of the sun it can go down to 11 RF/t. In order to generate power the Solar Panel must have a light level of 15, and that can only be achieved during the day.
